Returns Policy


If you are unhappy with your voucher, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange for the voucher bought online with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, any voucher must be returned unused. That means your item must be not redeemed. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with the original amount it was purchased for. We hold a record of all vouchers issued and redeemed as per serial number, redeemed voucher will show €0.00 when swiped on our electronic till system. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and full amount available on the voucher.

 Order Deliveries

Next day delivery is based on:

  • Order must be placed and accepted before 12 noon
  • Subject to stock availability

Free next day for orders over €150:

  • Order must be placed and accepted before 12 noon
  • Subject to stock availability

Orders placed after 12 noon Friday and 12 noon Monday will be shipped on

Monday after 12 noon.

If a stock item is not available in our warehouse, it will be delivered to you and shipped out in the next shipping cycle.

Sale items

We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty or defective.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at and we will send you on the returns address.

Damaged items, including torn wrapping and packaging resulting in an unsaleable condition, will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.


To return your product, please mail your product to  with your details and reason for returning.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
